Stop emails from going to Junk Email folder

Fix emails going to Junk Folder 

*You can only mark as not junk from the web version of Outlook to have it work correctly*

1) Login to your email account through a web browser like Chrome for example. https://outlook.office.com
    (Login with your PTC username with @ptcollege.edu added. Ex:) doe.john@ptcollege.edu or doe@ptcollege.edu)

2) Find and click on the “Junk Email” folder in the left column.

3) Click on email that is being falsely marked as Junk, then in right side, at top of email, select"It’s not junk".

4) Select"Report" when asked in order to reliably report it as not junk to the system.

5) You can logout of the web version of Outlook and use your desktop Outlook application in Windows as normal. The reported emails should stop going to the “Junk Email” folder that you were having issues with.
