I am Staff/Faculty and forgot my password, what do I do?

If you are having problems signing into Brightspace, SIS, MyPTC, printing, you can try resetting your password yourself.  If you are just getting a 400 or 405 type error with blackboard, make sure you are using Google Chrome and clear cookies and cache. If you are getting an error 500 with blackboard, then that is a password problem.
