How do I add a hyperlink to my email signature?

Sometimes you want to add a hyperlink into your email signature. Here are the steps:

  1. Navigate to your current signature editor 
    • Make sure to add/update signature in all locations: full Outlook application and Office 365 Outlook (if applicable) 
  2. Create meaningful text for a link
    • “Book an appointment with YourName” 
    • "Schedule an appointment with me"
  3. Highlight meaningful text
  4. Select the "Insert hyperlink" icon
  5. Paste link
  6. Save
