How do I add a hyperlink to my email signature?
Sometimes you want to add a hyperlink into your email signature. Here are the steps:
- Navigate to your current signature editor
- Make sure to add/update signature in all locations: full Outlook application and Office 365 Outlook (if applicable)
- Create meaningful text for a link
- “Book an appointment with YourName”
- "Schedule an appointment with me"
- Highlight meaningful text
- Select the "Insert hyperlink" icon
- Paste link
- Save
