Setting up Intelligent Agent for: Course Activity - Has Not Logged In (last 5 days)

Here is how to set up a Brightspace Intelligent Agent for: Course Activity - Has Not Logged In. Within a TEMPLATE (recommended) or section:

Go to Course Tools > Intelligent Agents
Select the New Agent button
Fill in the following (any that are skipped, just leave as default or unmarked:
- Agent Name: Course Activity - Has Not Logged In
- Description: Looks for learner who have not logged into the course in 5 days.
- Status: check
- Frequency: Weekly
- Repeats Every: 1 week(s)
- Repeats On: Wednesday and Sunday
- Scheduled Time: 7:00 AM
- Has Start Date: add first day of the quarter (including 3-day Preview for ONL classes)
- Has End Date: add last day of the quarter
- Users with specific roles: check Learner
- Course Activity: check User has not accessed the course in the last 5 day(s)
- Repetition:
  - (NFC recommendation) Take action only the first time the agent’s criteria are satisfied for a user
  - (ONL classes:) Take action every time the agent is evaluated and the agent’s criteria are satisfied for a user
- Send an Email: check Send an email when the criteria are satisfied *Note: you can copy/paste the bold items below
  - To: {InitiatingUser}
  - Bcc: place your email address in this field if you would like to also get an email whenever this sends to Learners.
  - Subject: Please log in to {OrgUnitName}
  - Message (to be personalized by instructor): Example: Hello {InitiatingUserFirstName}, Our records indicate that you have not logged into {OrgUnitName} in the last 5 days. Please login and get started as soon as possible! Thanks you - Your Instructor
