How to manage blocked email?

Logging in to unblock email 

Open your web browser (Google Chrome) and go to this website. https://ess.barracudanetworks.com/

Enter your PTC username and add @ptcollege.edu in the field and click “Next”.
    (Example: doe.john@ptcollege.edu or doe@ptcollge.edu would be the same as you use to login to a PTC computer.)

  1. You may not see any email after you get logged into the site. Use the filters to filter the email. For example, set “Message Filter” to “Blocked” and then set history to
        “2 weeks” or longer. Click “Search” to search that time period.

  1. You can see the message status is red and not delivered. Let’s allow one to come through. First, click the “message” you want to allow and then click “Show Details”.
        Copy the email address from the “From:” section in the message details. In this example it would be newsletters@jamf.com as show below.

  1. After copying the email address from the message details, click “Settings” at the top of the webpage, then click “Sender Policy”. Paste the email into the “Sender” field. Then choose “Exempt” for the policy and then make a note of what it’s for in the “Comment” field and click “Add”. Your email should come through when the sender tries to send it again.
